Â鶹¹û¶³ Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams have storied success over the years. The program has qualified eleven runners for the NCAA National Championship individual qualifiers and three All-Americans since 2010, including Tara Smurla ’26 in 2024. The men's team qualified for their first ever NCAA Championship meet and placed 22nd in the country in Terre Haute, IN last November. The men are currently on a four year Landmark winning streak, and the women lost by a mere point in 2024. Both teams are expected to contend for the titles again in 2025. The cross country teams are known for their success in the classroom - the women’s team finished 2025 with a 3.33 grade point average and the men finished with a team grade point average of 3.42.
Your generous contributions to the cross country program will help fund team bonding trips to Jim Thorpe in the preseason, in-season trips to meets like SUNY Geneseo to compete against nationally ranked teams, spike bags, heart rate monitors, stretching bands, and yearly updates to our record board in the ARC.
