The women’s basketball team has a storied history of success and tradition. Three conference championships, 10 trips to the NCAA tournament, 19 Hall of Famers, 30 1,000-point scorers, and countless all-conference, all-American, and academic awards have been earned over the past 45+ years. Our success has a direct correlation to the support we have received from our friends, family, and most importantly, our alums. Last year, over 50 alumnae returned to campus for our alumnae day activities! That is the true value of this program; where women from different generations are bonded and stay connected through their love of the Blue & Grey!
Over the past 20 years our teams have traveled the world to play basketball and immerse ourselves into different cultures. We have traveled to Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom. These once-in-a-lifetime trips would not be possible without your support. During the season we utilize software for scouting, game breakdown, and player development–all key to the success we see on the court. Our shooting machine is another tool we utilize to improve our skills and compete in the Landmark Conference.
