Moravian's Day of Giving
Moravian Scholarship Fund
The Moravian Scholarship Fund is our largest source of unrestricted financial aid and supports our students to help make their education affordable and enhance their experience.
MTS Fund
Support of the MTS Fund enriches every aspect of the student experience through three key pillars: academic excellence, transformative experiences, and a vibrant community.
100 Donors Challenge
Once we reach 100 donors on Day of Giving, an anonymous donor from the Class of 1972 will unlock a $20,000 gift to the Moravian Scholarship Fund.
Morning Challenge
Help us reach 250 donors before noon on Day of Giving and an anonymous donor from the Class of 1987 will unlock a $3,000 gift to the Moravian Scholarship Fund.
Matching Gift Challenge
Once we hit $10,000 on Day of Giving, Mr. Les Jones ’68 will unlock an additional $10,000 gift.
Senior Class Gift Challenge
If 42 members of the Class of 2026 give a gift of $5 or more to any fund at Â鶹¹û¶³, Executive Vice President for University Life, Chief Operating Officer and Dean of Students Dr. Nicole Loyd will unlock $2,026 dollars to the Moravian Scholarship Fund.
HUB Tile Challenge
When 42 students join the Student Comenius Society, $1,420 will be unlocked for the Moravian Scholarship Fund—and the participating students will have their name engraved on a commemorative tile in the new Haupert Union Building.
Marching Band Challenge
The marching band is raising money to purchase new uniforms! Once the marching band reaches 25 donors who give a gift toward uniforms, V. Chad Wenger ’98 will unlock $2,000 toward the Blue & Grey Marching Band.
Faculty & Staff Challenge
All Moravian faculty and staff who give a gift of $5 or more during Day of Giving will be entered into a special Â鶹¹û¶³ parking raffle!
The winner will provide three preferred locations from which Campus Police will choose the final parking spot (subject to availability) valid March 30 through May 15, 2026.
Young Alumni HUB Tile Challenge
Any young alum (Class of 2016 to 2025) who joins the Comenius GOLD Society on Day of Giving will have their name engraved on a commemorative tile in the new Haupert Union Building. Giving levels are based on your graduation year—starting at $142 for the Class of 2025 and increasing gradually each year up to $1,000 for the Class of 2016.
