Profile

Hometown: Union, NJ

High school: Union High School

Major: Business Management

Do you live on campus or commute?

On campus

Extracurricular activities:

  • Men's Basketball

What inspired you to attend Moravian?

I was inspired to attend by the welcoming culture I encountered on my first visit to campus. Moravian’s high job placement percentage also caught my attention.

What inspired you to pursue your major?

A lot of family members and friends tell me, “You could be a businessman one day," which is what inspired me to become a business major.

What are your career goals and desired profession?

Straight out of college, I want to work in a sports agency. Eventually, I want to have my own sports agency, which is where business management skills will be critical.

How has your experience at Moravian contributed to your personal growth?

Now, as a junior, I feel more mature. I can personally attest to a positive difference, and Moravian played a significant role in that.

If you met someone new and had to describe yourself in one sentence, what would you say about yourself?

I am a very fun person to be around and will always try to put a smile on your face.

What is one word to describe your Moravian experience?

Outstanding.

What are your favorite student experiences at Moravian? Why?

My favorite student experiences at Moravian have to be participating in Heritage Day. During my first two years, we went to an elementary school and read to the kids, and did arts and crafts. My mother has her own in-home childcare business, so it reminded me of being home.

Thank You

I want to truly thank you for making opportunities like mine possible. Getting financial aid and scholarships has not only made the pressure of paying for college much easier, but it has also let me focus fully on my classes and personal growth here. Without your support, I would have had to spend much more time working outside of school, and I would not have been able to enjoy the life-long memories that make Moravian so special.

Being part of the basketball team has been one of the most important experiences of my college journey. It has taught me so much, from teamwork to maturity, and being able to overcome tough obstacles. You have also provided my friends and me with a studio space to create our own podcast, which has been an outlet for us and a chance to develop other skills outside of the classroom.

Your generosity has made all of this possible. Thank you for investing in my fellow students and me and for supporting the experiences that make Moravian such a memorable place for students.
