Allyson Waylen has been dedicated to professional academic advising since 2016, specializing in guiding first-year students through their transition to college and supporting them through major exploration. Allyson joined Â鶹¹û¶³ in 2021, stepped into the role of Director of University Foundations in 2024, and became Director of First Year & Exploratory Advising in 2026. Allyson holds a B.A. in Psychology from Temple University and an M.S. in Higher Â鶹¹û¶³ Counseling and Student Affairs from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Becki Silver

Becki Silver has been a professional advisor since 2014.  She has extensive experience working with first-year and adult students and a strong foundation in major exploration.  Before coming to Moravian, Becki was the Career Advisor and an Assistant Professor at Lehigh Carbon Community College.  She has over twenty years of experience working in education.  She began as a high school English teacher before moving into the counseling role that led her to academic advising.  Becki holds an M.S. in Youth Counseling from the International Institute for Restorative Practices and is a Â鶹¹û¶³ alum with a B.A. in English. 

Eric Kramer

Eric Kramer has been a professional advisor since 2020. He began his career in Higher Â鶹¹û¶³ at Lehigh Carbon Community College, where he served as both an Academic Advisor and a facilitator for new student orientation presentations and classes. Before his time in higher education, Eric earned his B.S. in Secondary Â鶹¹û¶³ at Kutztown University, and then took a detour into Sales for ten years before returning to academia when he earned his M.S.Ed in Higher Â鶹¹û¶³ Leadership & Administration at Capella University. 

Katrina Krause

Katrina Krause began working as a professional advisor since 2026. She has experience working with young adults during important periods of change, including the move from high school to college and exploring career and educational pathways. Her background in counseling has provided her with experience supporting individuals as they explore their goals, develop confidence in their decision-making, and navigate important academic and personal transitions. Katrina earned her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Â鶹¹û¶³ and her M.A. in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Kutztown University.
