Immunization and Clearance Fees
- $30 - FBI Federal Criminal History Record with fingerprinting (Act 114)
- $10 - Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Records Check (Act 34) (completed annually)
or - $10-$100 - Out-of-State Residents Police Criminal Records Check (completed annually)
- $10 - Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151) (completed annually)
- $10 - Two Step TB Skin Test (Moravian Health Center)
- $39 - 11-panel drug screening
- $150 - Clinical Â鶹¹û¶³ Uniforms & Supplies
- $1000 - Textbooks (estimated for the entire program)
- $35 - Hepatitis B 3 shot series (per dose) (if not completed during childhood vaccination series)
- $60 - MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) 2 shot series (if not completed during childhood vaccination series)
- $40 - Tdap (Must be a Tdap, received within 10 years)
- $100 - Varicella (Chicken pox) 2 shot series (if not completed during childhood vaccination series)
- $62 - CPR Certification Fee (required to be current during the duration of enrollment in the program)[includes a CPR mask]
- Parking - $100 annually for commuters and $400 annually for residential students
Technology Recommendations
We recommend that students have at least one laptop. The device should have at least 16GB of memory and a 512GB hard drive, whether it's an Apple product or a product with Windows OS. Students who have devices that meet or exceed the above requirement may sign a waiver acknowledging the device fulfills the needs for instruction.
Other Requirements
Additional costs may be incurred by students for learning materials and clinical education.
